Really enjoyed our stay. Richard was very helpful and super nice made us very welcome and took the time to explain carpark and places to eat.

Great travel lodge location wise for us to visit family, staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Have been over 6 times now, never had the same room but believe they are all the same. Will be back.

Convenient location for local amenities, free off road parking available off-site. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Staff on reception were delightful, bumped into a couple of housekeeping staff who were smiley and friendly. Would recommend.

Had a lovely stay here over new year. The manager was wonderful. Very helpful friendly and welcoming. The hotel is excellent value for money and located in a perfect location in the centre of Llanelli being handy for everything. The large carpark outside is only ￡2.20 for a day. The weather was very cold and the room was so warm very clean and comfortable. It was so nice to get back to the hotel after a very cold day at pembrey country park. It is very close to the town centre shops and an excellent extensive retail park near by. We had a lovely stay here. Big thanks to the manager and the rest of the team

One night stay prior to hospital appointment. Reception helped with information of buses or taxis for early morning. No food as had to starve for procedure , ?As an 80 year old woman the shower was great. ?No climbing over bath. Strong well positioned hand rail to step in and out. ? These things are important at my age ,well done. ?Thank you?

You only get 30 minutes of free wifi per day. I had booked for 2 nights. I arrived late, so I looked at my emails the next morning. To my horror, I discovered that the clock started from my first use of the wifi. I could next use it just after checking out time!!! This should have been made clear when I checked in.
Why is wifi not free for the stay???

Perfect stay! Quiet and comfortable — just what I needed after a long, busy day saving lives. Slept so well and felt fully recharged. Highly recommend for anyone needing peace and rest.

We booked a disabled room which wasn't as big as it is depicted in the photos. There wasn't much room to manouvre a wheelchair and luggage. If you use a stand hoist eg Sara 3000 be aware, the bathroom is rather smal eg handbasin is to close to the toilet - take care when raising the hoist because you are likely to take the glass shelf with it and keep your elbows tucked in
For those who can manage to stand on their own the room is fine. The bed is really comfortable norisk to pressure areas

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond what you would expect for an hotel, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble to make your stay a great one, special mention for Michelle who made my stay memorable.
